Dar atenci\u00f3n a las personas es <strong>beneficioso <\/strong>para quien la recibe, pero tambi\u00e9n para el reclutador y la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos definir el nivel de detalle sobre el que basar nuestra retroalimentaci\u00f3n: que sean <strong>mensajes autom\u00e1ticos<\/strong> en las diferentes fases del proceso (al recibir la candidatura, despu\u00e9s de la revisi\u00f3n del curr\u00edculum, como \u00e9xito final de la selecci\u00f3n) o una <strong>respuesta<\/strong> m\u00e1s <strong>personalizada<\/strong>, lo importante es no subestimar la importancia de hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es una <strong>buena pr\u00e1ctica <\/strong>dar una respuesta a los candidatos??<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Desde el punto de vista de la <strong>empresa<\/strong>, ayuda a crear una buena reputaci\u00f3n, empujando el employer branding. Contribuye a promover la imagen de una compa\u00f1\u00eda seria, transparente y que toma en consideraci\u00f3n al factor humano. Por otro lado, evitar\u00e1 que candidatos insatisfechos empiecen a hablar mal de ella en las redes sociales o en p\u00e1ginas web dedicadas a la evaluaci\u00f3n de las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Con respecto al <strong>reclutador<\/strong>, la retroalimentaci\u00f3n ayuda a mantener una buena relaci\u00f3n con el candidato que, aunque no sea elegido para este rol, podr\u00e1 servir para otro. En otras palabras, dar respuestas a las personas puede servir para evitar perder posibles candidaturas v\u00e1lidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Por el lado del <strong>candidato<\/strong>, es una manera para mostrar respeto por su tiempo y permitirle no perder las oportunidades de otros procesos que pueda estar cursando en el mismo momento.
